Help with my Vestel charger

Use this page as your Vestel charger help hub. Start with setup and Wi-Fi checks, then use scheduling, fault/error, OCPP, and FAQ guidance links as needed.

  • Replies are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis for account and policy matters.

Subject Access Request (SAR)

  • You can request your personal data, including account profile, RFID tags, and session history for the most recent 60 days.
  • You can download usage history in-app from Account Settings using the "Download Data" option.
  • Session history is retained for up to 60 days and then deleted automatically.
  • For billing receipts and invoices, use the Stripe customer portal (or billing area inside the app where available).

Data deletion and retained records

  • When your account is deleted, personal data is erased from EV Revival systems.
  • Charger serial numbers may be retained for trial verification, fraud-prevention, and service protection.
  • RFID tags are available while your account is active.
