Last updated: 6 April 2026
1) Service scope. EV Revival provides web-based guidance and service features for Vestel EV charger owners. It does not replace manufacturer instructions, installer advice, or electrical safety guidance.
2) Supported equipment. Public guidance is focused on Vestel charger models. Other charger brands may not work with EV Revival guidance or features.
3) Availability and outcomes. EV Revival aims to be reliable, but uninterrupted access, successful command delivery, and charging outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
4) External dependencies. Results depend on factors outside EV Revival control, including charger hardware/firmware, home network quality, internet service, mobile signal, and third-party platforms.
5) Customer responsibility. Customers should verify charger status directly and keep charger/network credentials secure.
6) Trial, subscriptions, and billing. Trial and subscription details are explained in Pricing and Trial & Subscription Terms. Customers should review those pages before subscribing.
7) Cancellation and refunds. How cancellation and refunds are handled is explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8) Liability. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. EV Revival does not accept responsibility for indirect losses caused by third-party outages or customer-side setup failures.
9) Changes. EV Revival may update features, content, and these terms. Material updates should be shown with a revised date.
10) Contact. For support or account questions, use the details on the Support page.
