Trial & Subscription Terms (Draft)

1) Trial length: 14 days for eligible new customers.

2) Trial start: trial begins when premium access is first activated in the app.

3) Trial end: when the 14-day period ends, an active paid subscription is required to continue premium features.

4) Billing model: premium billing is recurring monthly unless cancelled.

5) Failed payments: if payment cannot be collected, premium features may be restricted until billing is updated.

6) Cancelling: customers should be able to cancel recurring billing from account settings.

7) After cancellation: premium access normally continues until the current paid period ends, then switches to limited/inactive premium state.

8) Data/settings retention: selected account settings and service history may be retained for a limited period after inactive billing to support reactivation and support requests.

9) Transparency: pricing, renewal terms, and policy links should be shown clearly before customers start paid access.
