Privacy Policy (Draft)

This page is a practical draft for launch and should be reviewed as account and billing systems evolve.

What we collect: account details (for example email), charger/support metadata, billing status data, and website analytics logs needed to run and improve the service.

Why we use it: to provide app access, deliver support, manage subscriptions, improve reliability, and prevent misuse.

Legal basis: EV Revival should explain the lawful basis used for each data purpose (for example contract, legitimate interests, or consent where relevant).

Retention: account and settings data may be kept for a limited period after cancellation or inactive billing to support reactivation, fraud checks, and support history.

Sharing: we may use processors such as hosting, analytics, and payment providers. Customers should be told which categories of providers are used.

Your choices: customers should be able to request access, correction, deletion (where applicable), and support for data questions via the Support page.
