Refund & Cancellation Policy (Draft)

Cancellation: customers should be able to cancel recurring billing from their account area. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges.

Access after cancellation: paid features normally remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund requests: customers can contact support with order details and reason for request. EV Revival should review each request based on timing, service usage, and applicable consumer rights.

Trials: no charge is due during the 14-day trial. If a customer continues after trial end, subscription billing starts.

Billing failures: if renewal payment fails, premium features may be limited until billing is resolved.
