Error Lights & Error Help

Use these quick checks first. If a fault remains, contact an EV specialist.

Red light

Usually shows a fault, protection stop, or a failed session.

  • Unplug charging cable.
  • Fully stop session and wait.
  • Power cycle charger.
  • Retry once and check network.
  • Escalate to EV specialist if still red.

Yellow light

Often indicates waiting/attention state.

  • Check if vehicle is requesting charge.
  • Unplug and reconnect cable.
  • Wait and retry session.
  • Confirm online/Wi-Fi status.

Blue light

Often means standby/ready or communication state.

  • Start a fresh charging session.
  • Check schedule settings and current time.
  • Verify backend/OCPP connection if used.

No light / no response

Could be no power or hardware issue.

  • Check breaker and power supply.
  • Turn charger off/on safely.
  • Check cable and connectors.
  • If still no response, seek installer/specialist support.

Error Codes
